Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We will bill you or your responsible party after the first visit or for routine cleanings.  For treatment beyond that, all financial arrangements are made in advance and payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (303) 471-0346. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. 

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
